What do you mean Oprah's done?

Oprah Winfrey has decided to finally end her reign over day time television that has lasted for well over 20 years. It will all come to an end in 2011. Winfrey said
,"I love this show ... this show has been my life and I love it enough to know when it's time to say goodbye. 25 years feels right in my bones and my spirit. It's the perfect number, the exact right time. For some of you, long time Oprah viewers, you have literally grown up with me ... we've grown together ... you had your family and you raised your children and you left a spot for me in your morning or afternoon -- depending on when the Oprah show airs in your town."
She's so considerate isn't she? But, at least she pays her taxes unlike our golden boy.

Michael Phelps, the golden boy of the USA Olympics Team, is in a bit of trouble... Looks like Phelps owes quite a bit of money to the State of California. As it turns out, Phelps owes $23,289.16 for tax returns for 2005 and 2006. Seeing as how Phelps is worth around $50 million, and endorses just about everything, no one can really understand why Phelps didn't pay. Although it could have something to do with him buying his weed.

Vivid Entertainment, the only company who has the Prejean sex tape, "Home Alone," still refuses to the release the tape without her consent. She has repeatedly told them no but they are still not seeming to get the picture. When asked about the ordeal regarding Vivid Entertainment she said, "I said no, stupid." Prejean has also been getting some much needed guidance lately, although the source is not quite what she's looking for. Shauna Sand, adult entertainment super star, is advising Prejean to take the million dollar deal with Vivid Entertainment. Sand has also offered some one-on-one time with Prejean.

this is what i heard...

Carrie Prejean needs help of the psychological nature, as well as help with damage control, and the Heenes are again in the news.

After Prejean was on Larry King Live, and her ex-boyfriend was supposedly told to lie about the her age on her tape, Miss California President, Kieth Lewis, says, "The public is finally getting a glimpse of the real Carrie Prejean who lives in her own delusional world. The childish behavior, her negative attitude, the sarcasm and condescending tone, the disrespect and continual lying she is demonstrating now is only a fraction of what we endured during her reign and after. Anyone who buys her book is supporting a woman who is actually the opposite of everything she claims to be. I sincerely hope she is able to get the psychological help I believe she has shown to clearly need."

Prejean needs some damage control now that people are trying to release her video. The porn company, Vivid Entertainment, claim to have acquired the video legally, but they are seeking Carrie's permission to make it available for purchase. The Vivid Entertainment President, Steven Hirsch, says, "
"The third party that brought the tape to Vivid affirmed that she was over 18 years of age at the time it was made."

Richard Heene is currently in police custody. He plans to plead guilty to the felony charges of trying to influence a public official. His wife, Mayumi Heene, is expected to turn her self in soon. In reference to their kids, including the infamous "Balloon Boy," the kids are expected to go to Mayumi's parents. There has been no word of a plea bargain, or how long their sentence has been estimated to be. The sentence hearing is set for December 23rd.

Omigosh! Mrs. Prejean, look at your daughter!

Miss USA California's mom has seen her daughter's tape, Steven Tyler is said to have quit Aerosmith, and Rihanna dishes some insight into Chris Brown's behavior.

Miss USA California, Carrie Prejean, recently filed and dropped charges against the Miss USA Pageant. She soon dropped these charges after seeing the video I told you about. After she had dropped them, the pageant's lawyers decided to show her mother the video. Mrs. Prejean's reaction was quite similar to that of her daughter's initial reaction, one of disgust. I guess Prejean hadn't been punished enough. I'm sure her mom will now take away all her trophies and awards after this. Way to be the tattle-tales lawyers... Way to be.

Steven Tyler has supposedly quit Aerosmith. This legendary band has been around for more than 3 presidents. When Tyler leaves, it'll just be some old white guys who can play their instruments pretty well. Not to mention Tyler's connections to the actors and actresses, look at his daughter. Tyler's stage presence as well as his vocals practically made the band. With him gone, Aerosmith will seem like an ill-faded dream. However, Tyler's actions were not entirely clear. Aerosmith may still be fully intact. Bandmate, Joe Perry says, "Steven quit as far as I can tell ... I don't know anymore than you do about it. I got off the plane two nights ago. I saw online that Steven said that he was going to leave the band. I don't know for how long, indefinitely or whatever. Other than that, I don't know." Apparently no one does.

Rihanna, during her appearance on 20/20, claimed that Chris Brown's reasoning for beating her was because he felt invincible. She rationalizes his behavior, Dr. Phil would be proud. She says, "Fame came to Chris very young ... You're a kid and the word 'no' doesn't exist? You become invincible. There's no right or wrong, you just do." She has yet to hear Brown's apology song and thinks his online "apology video" looks like he was "reading from a teleprompter."

They said what?!?

Lindsay Lohan's father is talking crap about her on the Maury Povich Show, ballon boy's dad tries to be funny, Seacrest has a stalker, Justin Timberlake's stalker is really a goddess looking for her god, and Nicole Richie won a temporary restraining order against two paparazzi.

Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, recently appeared on the Maury Povich show. That day's theme, "You're 14... Stop lap dancing and trying to get pregnant!" He called her a "hollow person," said that there is "nothing left in her," and said he "couldn't even look at her." He later claimed that he was trying to save her life and said, "I will not bury you." Between these rantings, he managed to claim "I hate to speak out publically like this..." I'm sorry but yeah right! That's usually the reason why one goes on television. Besides the fact that he was accused of domestic violence by his former wife and mother of his children, Dina Sullivan, he needs to stop worrying about her, she is 23, and is legally able to drink and smoke, and she can make her own decisions by now.

Again, Richard Heene is trying to become famous. He has tried to write a humorous book called, "The Official Offensive Driving Handbook." The book is classified as humor, but really it's just offensive. References in the book are made to "towel heads," "orientals," "jam'in bro in his cadillac." Last i checked, racism wasn't funny. It doesn't help that heene has dressed up as each of his stereotypes and taken pictures to fill his book.

Apparently Ryan Seacrest has a stalker. He now has a temporary restraining order against Chidi Uzomah, so he cannot come within 100 yards of Seacrest's job, home, and vehicle. After being charged with several misdemeanors last month for attacking Seacrest's bodyguard. He had a knife in his pocket during the attack, so he plead guilty to three of the charged misdemeanors. Seacrest's lawyers are asking the judge if Uzomah's presence at the E! building where Seacrest works was a violation of the previous ruling.

Karen McNiel, Timberlake's stalker, is now claiming to be a goddess. She just wants to see if Timberlake wants to rule with her. McNiel said that the "Babylon withces" are trying to "cast their evil" on her. Timberlake repeated that McNiel is an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker, who [he] does not personally know."

Richie recently won a temporary restraining order against two paprazzi who "slammed her into a car" earlier this month. Tamar Arminak, Richie's lawyer, conviced the judge that the two photogs, Ivon Miguel and Bam Bam, were a danger to Nicole. The restraining order says the photogs must stay 100 yards away from her and her kids, and have no contact, neither direct or indirect, with them. However, Joael Madden, is not included in the restraining order.

A week before Halloween and the crazies are already out

The Heene Family comes clean, suspected members of the Hollywood Hills Burgalar Bunch are caught, and Crazy Celebrity Stalker gets restrained.

Mayumi Heene, the infamous "Balloon Boy's" mother, has admitted to the fact that it was all a planned hoax. She had cofessed that she and Richard Heene, the father of "Balloon Boy," had planned the stunt in the couple weeks prior. She also stated that she and Richard told their children to lie to the authorities as well as the media in regards to the hoax. The Larimer County Sherriff has reccommended charges against the family for conspiracy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, making a false report to the authorities, and attempting to influence a public official.

Rachel Lee, 19, is the suspected mastermind behind the "Hollywood Hills Burgalar Bunch" is finally identified. When she was arrested last night they found various items including a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana. When authorities raided her father's home they found a hat, similar to Lindsay Lohan's, jeans, similar to Rachel Bilson's, and some partially nude photos linked to guess who? That's right! Paris Hilton. She has since denied being involved being in any robberies, and was in a Clark County Jail before posting bail earlier today. Alexis Neirs, also konwn as Alexis Taylor has also been caught and is already blaming everyone else. When she blamed Lee she said, "Rachel Lee was [Nick Prugo's] main accomplice and they brought Diana Tamayo into this. Diana, Nick and Rachel did the burglaries together. Roy Lopez was the one who sold they stuff that they had taken... and he's friends with Courtney Ames, that's why she was arrested."

Karen McNiel had been stalking Axl Rose of Guns'n'Roses, until he got a restraining order against her. She had claimed to be his wife, and told security that she communicated with him telepathjically. She was put in jail for stalking him and continued to write him letters from her cell. Now, she has recently become friends with Justin Timberlake, only, he didn't know about it, or know her at all. Apparently when authorities apprehended her they took her to a mental hospital, but she was released that night because she did not meet the standards to stay over night. In fact, the doctors have said they did not find anything wrong with her at all.

And in today's news....

Full, almost, coverage of the "Baloon Boy's" family, the Heenes, yes, more Chris Brown, and the case of missing Popstar: Akon.

A man named Robert Thomas, is claiming that he helped father of Balloon Boy, Richard Heene, create the balloon. When asked about Heene, he said, "Heene thought this would be 'the most signifigant UFO related news event to take place since the Rosewell Crash in 1947.'" As of now, both parents might be charged. The Sherriff's Department will most likely go after the Heenes family for the cost it took to call Emergency Responders out as well. The Cops came late last night with a search warrant and were seen leaving the house with several boxes and a computer.

Chris Brown has been court-mandated to complete 52 hours of domestic violence counseling. The booklet for the program he's attending has been located and some of the chapters are: "Using Intimidation," "Using Emotional Abuse," Using Isolation," "Using Male Priveledge," and "Using Coercion and Threats."

Akon is apparently missing and his ex, and mother of his child, is calling him out. She needs to serve him with papers for court and the case for child support. She has contacted the NY Times, so everyone has been searching for him since only, TMZ found him without trying very hard. He was quoted saying, "I'm a celebrity. My schedule is on the internet. You can go on my Myspace, it'll tell you where i'm at."

So, today I learned....

Randy Quaid's wife is going to jail (maybe), Anna Nicole put a hit on her son before she died, and more stars are having money issues. And here i was thinking that movie stars were unaffected by the recession.

Randy Quaid's wife, Evi, is in trouble with the law... again. She painted, on the side of a truck, "Deputy James Davis takes payments call and make offers." She is now being sued for defamation of character. The reason for the painting on the truck was that Deputy Davis was the one who incarcerated both she, and her husband Randy last month when the skipped out on a hotel bill.

Apparently, Smith was "begging" ex-boyfriend, Mark "Hollywood" Hatten, to kill her son Pierce Marshall. According to Hatten Marshall was, "standing in the way of her money." When this was brought to the FBI's attention they said there was "insufficient evidence to establish that there was a murder-for-hire plot."

Janice Dickinson owes the bank over $300,000. She had been ignoring a lawsuit filed against her by City National Bank; much like Nicholas Cage, who now owes the IRS over $6 million for not paying taxes.

Kate Gosselin filed legal documents against ex-husband, Jon, for temporary compensation in the forms of both child and spousal support. As well as an extra $230,000 that Jon supposedly "raided" from the ex-power couple's account.

Jesse Eisenberg, star of "Cursed," "Adventureland," and "Zombieland," has been quoted saying that he has a copy of "New Moon," the newest of the twilight saga that's not set to release until November. He was quoted in the airport saying he had plans to watch it on the plane ride. I wouldn't be surprised if he made some new "best friends," on the plane ride.
